SOLAREZ Microlite White 2oz is a polyester-based repair resin formulated specifically for repairing deep dings and foam damage on traditional polyurethane (PU) surfboards. Lightweight, white, and easy to sand, it's perfect for filling crushed areas or reshaping missing foam before finishing with clear resin. This versatile formula cures in around 3 minutes under UV light or can be catalysed with MEKP in about 30 minutes.

Designed to match the natural look and feel of your board, Microlite blends in better than standard clear resins, making it ideal for cosmetic repairs as well as structural ones. It comes complete with a dual-grit (60/240) sand pad to help you finish the job properly, whether you’re at home or on the road.

Expert Tip: Use this for any repair where foam is missing or crushed — especially tail or rail impacts. Once shaped and sanded, seal with standard clear polyester resin for a strong, watertight finish that looks clean and professional.
