  • The 5 Days (Standard) delivery option is sent via the Royal Mail 48T postal service and can, on the very rare occasion, take up to 14 working days.   • It is ESSENTIAL that items are inspected for damage before being signed for. No claim can be made for damage once the product is signed for in ‘good condition’. We cannot offer compensation for items that have not been inspected properly.
  • **Kayak delivery refers to UK MAINLAND ONLY. Also Please note Kayak, Surfboard and SUP delivery refers to UK MAINLAND ONLY and EXCLUDES SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ALL ISLANDS and NORTHERN IRELAND
