The O’Neill Ladies Basic Skins Short Sleeve Rash Vest is a simple and reliable performance layer designed for surfing, swimming and other watersports. With a snug performance fit, it sits comfortably against the skin and works perfectly under a wetsuit or on its own in warm conditions.
