The O’Neill Thermo X Short Sleeve Thermal Rash Top is a versatile thermal layer designed to add warmth without bulk. Made from lightweight Thermo-X Polypropylene, it traps a thin layer of heat against your body, dries quickly, and offers full flexibility.
