The biggest limitation to the Oneill Psycho 2 was the fluid seam welding. Super stretch neoprene stretched a lot more than the welding. But now, the welding is thinner on the Oneill Psycho 3 and stretches a lot more than the Oneill Psycho 2 wetsuit – a lot more. You’ll notice it most in the arms, which is where you need it anyway. Still keeps the cold water out, but it’s lighter and more flexible. The Oneill Psycho 3 still uses double-sealed seams (inside and out) which was unique to the Oneill Psycho 2.
