**Important Information for Surfboards / Kayaks / Wakeboards:
All Surfboards and Kayaks will be delivered using TNT Couriers, we have found them to be the most reliable and offer the best service available but it is essential that the product is inspected for damage before it is signed for in ‘good condition’. No claim can be made for damage once the product is signed for in ‘good condition’ so the product needs to be unpacked and inspected for damage before signing. We unfortunately cannot offer compensation for items that have not been inspected properly.

Important Delivery Information
Next Working Day and 2 Working Day delivery to Scotland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight will take an extra 24 hours. Parcels are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and require a signature.
The within 5 day delivery option is sent via 2nd class Royal Mail and can on very rare occasions take up to 14 working days and cannot be chased with the post office until 3 weeks after posting. If you require your goods by a certain day we recommend using one of our guaranteed services. Shore Watersports reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.
